Terms and Conditions/ Additional Charges.
- *One Time Installation and Configuration Charge: Rs. 3000 (includes wireless device, 200 ft. cable), excess cable will be charged at Rs. 20 per meter.The wireless device shall remain the property of Vianet and reserves the right to take back once the agreement expires.
- * GI Pipe of required length for antenna/wireless equipment: To be provided by the client.
- * Payment terms: Payment shall be made in advance.
- * IP Address: Session IP address will be assigned dynamically from private IP address range.
- * On-site Support: On-site support may take 24 hours or more.
- * Support Coverage: Vianet shall ensure Internet connection to the router/computer connected directly to its Wireless CPE. Client shall take care of their internal LAN networking and all issues related to it.
- * Damaged/Worn-out cable replacement: Charged at Rs. 20/meter.
- * Wireless Equipment/Accessories: Wireless Equipment and accessories like power adapter, POE, antenna are properties of Vianet. Client shall ensure proper electric supply to the Wireless equipment/accessories. Any equipment/accessories damaged due to poor electric supply, power surge or lightening will be charged.
- * Contract Period: The client shall sign up for one year and the client shall be charged cancellation fee of Rs.3,000/= if the service is terminated within one year.
- * Fair Usage: The client shall abide by the Fair Usage Policy of Vianet.
- * Traffic Monitoring Graph: No usage graph is available on this scheme.
- * VAT: Above price exclusive of VAT.13% VAT shall be charged additional.
