Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and service.
- Manage customer service, HR, administration, and sales functions at the branch.
- Assess local market conditions and identify new business.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue and subscriber growth.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Identify and execute local expansion opportunities in coordination with the regionals and branch team.
- Optimize occupancy rates, subscriber base, and service
- Material and bandwidth consumption (standard actual).
- Lead, train, and develop the branch team to achieve performance
- Address employee concerns and work on reducing
- Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Stay updated on market competition and provide insights on industry trends.
- Develop strategies to enhance the branch’s competitive position.
- Develop and execute branch-level marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Conduct local promotions to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
