Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and service.
  • Manage customer service, HR, administration, and sales functions at the branch.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify new business.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue and subscriber growth.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Identify and execute local expansion opportunities in coordination with the regionals and branch team.
  • Optimize occupancy rates, subscriber base, and service
  • Material and bandwidth consumption (standard actual).
  • Lead, train, and develop the branch team to achieve performance
  • Address employee concerns and work on reducing
  • Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Stay updated on market competition and provide insights on industry trends.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the branch’s competitive position.
  • Develop and execute branch-level marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Conduct local promotions to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
