Skills and Knowledge:
- Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10 years’ experience in HR and including 5 years extensive experience in a senior management HR leadership role. (as a first point of contact)
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and implementation.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance enhancement.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Identify training needs and create comprehensive learning and development initiatives.
- Establish HR metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and mitigate HR-related risks.
- Streamline HR processes using technology solutions.
- Manage and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing department.
