Skills and Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of wholesale bandwidth sales and telecommunications products.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and manage B2B relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Wholesale Bandwidth Sales:
- Develop and maintain relationships with other ISPs for wholesale bandwidth sales.
- Identify opportunities for increasing market share by providing competitive bandwidth packages.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts for bandwidth and internet services.
- Reselling TV Services:
- Promote and sell TV services to partner ISPs for reselling to their customers.
- Customize solutions based on client needs, ensuring competitive pricing and service quality.
- Manage reselling agreements, ensuring timely delivery and activation of services.
- Lease Management (Give and Take with ISPs):
- Handle the leasing of fiber and other network infrastructure to/from other ISPs.
- Ensure proper documentation, contract management, and financial settlements related to leasing agreements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the smooth operation of leased infrastructure.
- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wholesale and ISP market.
- Participate in strategic planning to expand the company’s footprint in the ISP industry.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive offerings and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all ISP partners.
- Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Address any issues, disputes, or service interruptions in coordination with the technical and operations teams.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline to senior management.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
